It was almost impossible to process, but the facts were facts. Looking down, Makoto found himself in a schoolgirl's uniform. Long hair tied into braids rested on his shoulders. Her fingernails were sprinkled with various bite marks from Toko's nervous little habit. There was no doubt now. He was in Toko Fukawa's body.
The people around him were in a panic, screaming about body parts and clothes and hair and every other bizarre transformation they had been dealt with. They were almost at each other's throats already! Eventually, a loud whistle screeched from the middle of the crowd. The crowd turned to see Chihiro Fujisaki standing confidently, a stern look cemented on her features.
"My fellow classmates. We cannot allow these manipulations to affect our trust as a group. That is exactly what that bear aims to shatter. I am Sakura Ogami. I hope you will all trust me enough with your identities as well."
The tense silence enveloped the crowd, everyone daring the other to speak up. Matoko swallowed, stepping forward.
"I'm Makoto Naegi. I... don't know if I can prove it, but that's who I am."
Hifumi stepped forward, saluting the crowd. "My name is Kiyotaka Ishimaru! Test me all you require: I've studied everything I might need to know!"
No one felt the need to take him up on his offer.
Hagekure spoke up next. "I'm uh, Aoi Asashina. Somehow I don't think I'll be able to prove it with my swimming techniques with this body... Maybe a donut eating contest?"
The rest of the crowd remained in their own positions, eyeing the others curiously. Sakura-in-Chihiro sighed, disappointed.
"If that is all who wish to speak up..."
She didn't have a chance to finish, the other classmates quickly leaving the room. The remaining students could only groan amongst each other. Monobear had shaken the school yet again, it seemed.
