Sun, Sand, and a Tiny Girl

"Alright sweetheart, is there anywhere you wanted to go?" your mother asks. You think about it for a moment before something comes to mind.
"Well, there's that surfing competition today. I thought it could be interesting to watch it" you suggest.
"Really? The beach? Doesn't that sound a bit...risky" Megan asks.
"How so?"
"You could get buried in the sand. A seagull or a crab could nab you. Someone could kidnap you. Oh, and if you fall in the water, the current will pull you out to sea."
"Wow, thanks sis for reminding me of what I already know. You realize that's the kind of stuff I deal with everyday right? And how many times has that stuff actually happened."
"About 90% of the time."
"Well...I still get home alright, right?"
"Megan, that's enough. Tina, if you think you can handle it...alright. Once we finish eating we can go."
"Yes! Thank you Mom, you're the best!" you cry out. But your mom and Megan still look worried as they eat. It's obvious that they're worried about you, but it can be a little smothering sometimes.

Once breakfast was over and everyone started separating, you got changed into some beach gear. A blue bikini was underneath your tank top and shorts. It was a half hour drive to the beach. The closer you got, traffic got much thicker. The surfing competition was big news in town, after all.
"Honey...I'm sorry, but I'm not get any parking here. So...um...I have a suggestion..." she says nervously.
"Yeah?"
"I'm not going to be able to carry you in, and you're too small to hop out on your own. So...how about I throw you?" she suggested.
"You're...going to throw me out of a moving car?" you ask, shocked. Your mom was usually so overprotective, but she would throw you out of a moving car?!
"We'll be in the parking lot! And you tell me where to direct you. After I finish my meeting, I'll take the time to park and get you. Either that...or I find a babysitter."
"You wouldn't dare..." you say menacingly. She flashes you a challenging smile.
"Willing to bet?"
"...Fine. You can throw me."
"Great! But we need to get a bit closer first to the actual beach. From the look of this line...it'll be another fifteen minutes."

The time passes slowly in the stop and go traffic, so you stare out the window. By now, you were close enough to see people walking around in their swimsuits. Honestly, one of your favorite parts of summer was all the scantily clad women. You ogle some of them as you drive by. There were a lot of people walking around with surfboards, likely contestants. You didn't really care about the contest itself, more of the sexy surfer chicks that competed.

Along the beach, you spot multiple food stands selling cheap treats at high prices. There was also a dance area with so may people it looked like a sea of people. A little further down, there seemed to be a special tent for the surfers to get changed at. The sandy beach seemed to be reaching max capacity outside of the contest area. Families had lain down towels and umbrellas to watch the contest for as far as you could see!

After finally reaching the parking lot, your mom grabbed you without warning.
"Alright, I need to keep my eye on the road or I might end up hitting one these pedestrians. Just...tell me when to throw, ok?"
"Ok, I'll tell you" you comply. Your mom always got frustrated when driving in traffic. You scan the beach for few seconds before finding a suitable target. Waiting until you were aimed at the location, you scream "Now!"

The soft padding of Catherine's palm is gone in an instant, replaced by the feeling of wind rushing past you. While flying through the air, you notice you're right on target. With a big smile, you land...

You have the following choices:

1. near the changing area

*Noteb*
2. on an empty hot dog bun at a food stand

*Noteb*
3. on an empty area of the beach

*Noteb* indicates the next chapter needs to be written.
