How does Applejack gain weight?

Choice 1: Apple Bloom wants to learn how to cook a variety of things, while Granny Smith and Big Macintosh are away. So, she gets a cook book from Twilight's library. She wants Applejack to taste her creations, and things get unusually out of hoof between the two sisters. AJ gets fattened up, of course.
