You take a step back, putting your right foot behind the left and raising your shield, peering over the barrier of wood at the monstrosity staring you down. Thoughts about this beast race through your head as you wait patiently for it's attack. Obviously it isn't just some wild animal, the trio of eyes it has holding a measure of intelligence. It's posture lowers, clawed hands waving in a circle, said eyes starting to glimmer.
Suddenly you're overcome with vertigo, and the Gryphon's hands seem to multiply in your vision. M-Magic?!
Your stance falters, your head swimming as dizziness takes you to the floor. You just barely keep yourself up on your hands and knees as your weapon and shield clatter to the ground. You make a note to try to work on your Wisdom stat if you make it out of this pickle alive.
Looking up, you see a swirling, vague image of the Gryphon as it closes in. You grab for your sword and try to slash at it, but only feel air touch against your blade. The magic it used filled your head with illusions! You stand up and start swinging wildly as panic overtakes your combat instinct. An evil chuckle fills your ears before you're pushed over onto your keister rather effortlessly by the monster.
Just as the dazzling spell passes you look up and see it's hand around a massive, erect canid dick, the musky scent tickling your nostrils.
