House Frost

The ancient House of Frost is the one house that united the regions Dumnonia and Berengaria 2000 years ago and were Kings and Queens in the North for 1000 years before they became loyal to King Arthur the Uniter.

They are warriors by right and tradition, and they put duty, family and honor first. Their faith in the Old Gods are strong.

Their seat is Frost Wolf, a castle built on the north-side of the northernmost mountain and renowned for its strength, with hot springs beneath the keep. The water is piped through walls and chambers to heat them, making Frost Wolf more comfortable than most castles during the harsh northern winters.
A small temple in the keep was built long ago, for wives of the Duke who follows the New Gods.

The family sigil is a white wolf on a black field (https://i.pinimg.com/736x/3d/57/61/3d576...).

Their words are: ”Ice and Fire”.

- Jon Frost (age 21), Duke of the North, and one of the best warriors in Albion (http://static5.businessinsider.com/image...). Wields Longclaw (http://awoiaf.westeros.org/images/8/8b/L...), the ancestral bastard sword (a hand and a half sword) of House Frost, forged from "ice and fire".
