Dr. Bob replied, "follow me." Sam followed him into a curtained off area where there was a large recliner by a lot of medical equipment. Dr. Bob spoke up, "remove your shoes then stand against the wall so I may measure you." Sam removed his shoes then stood against the wall. As Dr. Bob stood in front of him looking up to measure him, Sam noticed Dr. Bob came up to about Sam's nose. He replied, "Sam. You measure exactly 7 feet tall. I'm going to check your vital signs & blood pressure." After Dr. Bob finished checking his vital signs he replied, "go ahead sit down in the recliner & we'll get started." Sam sat down as a nurse came over & began hooking Sam up to the medical equipment to monitor his vital signs. She also inserted an iv then motioned to Dr. Bob that everything is ready.
Dr. Bob spoke up, "Once I start the iv you will get sleepy. As you sleep you will begin shrinking to start the experiment. However we don't know exactly how much you'll shrink while asleep. Also you may go ahead & put your feet up & recline if you like. Are you ready?" Sam nodded as he pulled the lever to put his feet up &recline back. Dr. Bob pushed a button on the monitor which began the iv of shrinking serum. He then walked off as the nurse asked, "so handsome. You are really tall & muscular. Do you play sports or work out?" Sam replied, "I work out every day. I just finished playing my first season of football here. I'm an offensive lineman." As Sam & the nurse were talking Sam began yawning as his eyes grew heavier & heavier until he fell asleep. As Sam slept he began to shrink.
