Waking with a start, you look wildly about. Exhausted, you see only antiseptic walls, and in a few moments realise you're in a hospital. Trying to raise your head off the pillow, you find you're too weak to manage that.
"You're awake." A nurse observes, sitting beside your bed. She smiles, putting down her tablet, she checks your vitals, as you struggle back to coherence. Your body feels off, as you fight to recall the jumble of sensations. Attempting to speak, only a weak croak emerges.
The nurse helps you to drink a few sips of water from a nearby glass.
"There's a lot of people interested in your progress." The nurse observes. A name badge on her pocket tells you she's called Adamson.
"Oh... the body swap." you half groan. You want to rub your forehead. But with your arms beneath the sheets, you can't even manage that simple massaging gesture.
Your voice sounds off. Which isn't surprising, given how long it feels like you've been out, and how weak you feel.

"Your new body is significantly younger." Nurse Adamson tells you. "A good couple of decades, so once you're stronger you can live far longer than expected."
There's something in her tone, or manner that tells you there's more news, and it's not as good.
