Despite your bravery and your training you were still a normal teenage boy with a makeshift stuff. It was exttremely dangerous to go outside alone, even just to reach the nearest city. Monster boys were everywhere! Behind each tree, each rock, each bush ... a goblin, or an imp boy can attack you by behind and try to enslave you like they did with so many people before!
With that in mind you thought it might be a good idea to recruit other youngsters from your village. You couldn't count on adults because:
1) they almost gave up.
2) They wouldn't follow someone as young as you.
You remembered there were a few teens/kids in your village who trained to defeat monster boys just like you ... Will you try to recruit someone?
Note: they will need to have a name, an age, a class (for example: warrior, barbarian, white mage, dark mage, priest, paladin, guardian, knight, rogue, assassin, summoner, ninja, alchemist etc ... anything you want ...). Of course, since they leave in a small village, don't expect them to have shiny golden armor, or other rare stuff, they'll have different abilities.
Also in addition to that, you'll have to give them a personality (they'll have or will not have a foot fetish for example. And if they have one they must be vulnerable to either all monsters (damaged done to their MP will be doubled) or to some species (example: goblins)).
