"I think this is enough for now. In fact, they're pretty uncomfortable. Do you think we can swap back?" Josh asked.
"Okay fine." Jenn said. Another flash then followed, and Josh had gotten his sweatpants back while Jenn was once again wearing his skinny jeans.
"Thanks, those pants were really uncomfortable."
"Tell me about it." His friend replied while rolling her eyes. She didn't know why he was complaining when he wore the pants for at most a few minutes.
"So, do you want to watch that movie or maybe even study now?"
"Why don't we test this power out more? I want to see what it can do."
"Alright, but as long as the swaps aren't too drastic."
"I've got an idea, why don't we swap siblings?" She proposed.
"Can I ask why?"
"Don't tell me you never get tired of your siblings. I just thought it would be fun for the two of us to see what it's like to have new ones."
"I guess your right." Josh said as Jenn's idea started to grow on him.
"Plus, I know you and Kira are on decent terms..." She referred to the times that he and her little sister played video games together. "And, Courtney is more feminine than my sister. The two of us will be able to relate."
"What about Bri?"
"I think it would be cool to have a younger sister, one that's even younger than Kira and Courtney. I do consider myself to be good with kids." Jenn said. Josh knew she was right, as the two of them sometimes took babysitting jobs together and Jenn was obviously more fit to do the job. Jenn could see her friend's facial expression changing by the second. She could tell he was giving it consideration. "Is that a yes?"
"Okay, you've convinced me." The flash once again filled up the room, but nothing was physically different this time.
"Did it work?" Jenn asked.
"I think so, we didn't swap anything physical. We'll have to look for clues."
"Why don't we just go to your sisters' old room?" Jenn asked.
"That'll work."
The two friends started to make their way toward the room that they were guessing now belonged to Kira, formerly belonging to Bri and Courtney. On the way however, Josh noticed something odd with a picture on the wall.
"Jenn, check it out."
She took a couple steps back and with Josh saw a surprising sight. There was a picture frame hanging on a second floor wall that used to show Josh with his two sisters, as he had an arm around each other one. The frame now had Josh standing with only his left arm around Kira, smiling with Josh and sporting her signature ponytail. "Wow! That's so cool, you're swaps can alter reality!"
"Wait... what?"
"You see, this picture shows that you and Kira have always been siblings. The world has been altered so everyone else thinks it is normal."
"Our sibling swap just worked and that's the first thing you think of?"
"Well yeah, I find it interesting. I am a more advanced thinker than you after all." She teased.
"Hey!" Josh said hurt, although he knew it was try. Jenn just shrugged with a smile on her face. "Anyway, what should we do now?"
