Josh could feel his face reddening with embarrassment and soon found himself pushing a giggling Bri out of his room. "I told you I'm done tonight." He closed the door behind his sister and promptly locked the door. After a few minutes, Josh heard a knock on his door and he angrily made his way to the door. "I told you I'm done swapping tonight." As he opened the door, he found Courtney standing there with a bewildered look on her face.
"What are you talking about?" Courtney wondered as she looked around the room to see if anything peculiar was going on.
"Oh, it's nothing really." Josh replied back a little too quickly that caused Courtney to strengthen her questioning.
She looked at her brother but found nothing odd about his appearance or the fact that he wore clothing meant for an 8 year old girl. Instead she felt it was completely normal and started to develop a wry smile. "Did you swap something with Bri?" She really didn't think anything was different, but tried to play her hand and bluff. She smiled a huge smile as she watched Josh's eyes grow as wide a saucers.
"Listen it was her idea, I didn't want to swap clothing with her after I got her hair." Josh answered back to her as he started to stroke his newly braided hair.
"How did this happen?" Courtney wondered as she smiled. She was certainly glad to know that her manipulation skills worked.
Josh completely broke down and told Courtney what happened. "And that's what happened. Please don't tell Mom."
"I won't tell her if you do a swap with me." Courtney replied back.
"Fine, I will do ALMOST anything." Josh pleaded to his sister, making sure to put an emphasis on almost.
"I won't tell Mom, if you swap _______ with me." Courtney declared as she put her hands on her hips.
