It was deep within the western part of Japan that Sesshomaru made his home. The manor had been built by his father’s loyal retainers, back when he was still alive, though many had left, when they had learned of his siers infidelity, and the conceivement of his half demon, half-brother inuyasha.
Speaking of the welp, it was that particular bother that Sesshomaru had returned to his old home after several centuries. The hanyo had become more and more powerful, as he and his ragtag pack fought against another nuisance Naraku, all to reclaim some bobble that had been shattered.
Pathetic.
The weak searched for means to grow stronger rather than do it themselves, though Sesshomaru had been that way once, and while it had cost him his arm, he had regained it, though not without effort.
Sesshomaru shook his head to avoid distracting himself anymore with that line of thought. While true the squabble between the two halflings was pathetic, it had allowed Inuyasha a chance to grow stronger, while still not enough to challenge himself, Sesshomaru was not one to be surpassed, or out done by those beneath him. It was that reason now that Sesshomaru was in the old archives of his fathers personal study searching for something to assist him in amassing strength to destroy the upstart Naraku, and finally show his half brother who was alpha dog.
Though it was starting to look like a wasted trip, as most of the book where history, or old battle tactics. Sesshomaru let out a soft sigh as he placed down another scroll. Looking to hs left, what had once been a mountain of tomes, and scrolls, was now on last slim tome.
Picking up the book carefully as to not damage the old parchment, before looking through it. The first couple pages didn’t reveal anything, and Sesshomaru was about to simply dismiss it as a dead end till, he turned on last page, and found his father's, handwriting of all things.
Reading more closely it revealed his father had been quite ambitious in his younger days, not unlike Sesshomaru, and in his search he had actually found something to increase his power. Intoashi continued on writing saying he had found:
