What if the town is split in two? One is the portion where heads live and the other is only bodies. Anyone visiting has to take off their heads if they want to come. Since heads can't move, it's usually a town where they just sit somewhere. For the bodies, it normal, except they can't really live their life that involves heads.

So who will be the protagonist?
