Ruby immediately recognised the girl as her partner. However, she was now much bigger. No, she was still the same size. She just looked bigger because Ruby was now the size of a bug. She immediately began calling out to her partner and waving her arms in an attempt to get her to notice the shrunken girl.
"HEY, WEISS! DOWN HERE! She screamed, as loud as possible.
However, her tiny voice failed to reach the giant heiress' ears.
"Ugh, where is she?" Weiss scoffed. "For someone so hyperactive, she always finds a way to be late."
Ruby continued yelling and waving her arms like a lunatic, but it still wasn't enough to get her partner's attention.
'I have to get her to notice me, but how?' Ruby wondered.
"I'll give her ten minutes," Weiss muttered. "If she's not here by then, I'll continue investigating without her."
Ruby panicked. She had ten minutes to come up with something. She had a few ideas. She could continue moving around on the ground in the hopes that Weiss would notice her movement and take a closer look. She could look around for something to use to get Weiss' attention, perhaps something to wave around. Or... an idea that Ruby wasn't exactly fond of... She could climb up Weiss' body to her shoulder and yell into her ear. Surely she'd be able to hear Ruby's tiny voice then and notice her... right?
