Do you wake up and find yourself on a train

You wake up with searing pain burning throughout your body. You also noticed that you are blindfolded, but you can hear the slight rumble of a train as it passes through the mountains in France, and the heat of all the people packed in a train car. Finally, you realize the predicament you are in. You are being sent to a prison camp! You yell out in shock at this realization, and try to stand up and take your blindfold off, but the pain of the bullets is still there, and you black out again.

When you wake up, the train comes to a halt. One by one, you hear train doors opening, until finally, the train door of your car slides open.
You here an officer speaking in German to a subordinate, you only make out a few words, but you can tell that they are throwing out the dead bodies. You realize the opportunity that is at hand, and you try to stay as still as possible. As they move closer and closer to you, you start to get excited! You could be getting off here! However, as they reach you, the officer laughs, and hits you with his cane. You black out again.

When you finally wake up again, the train is at a halt once more. However, this time, you have an eery feeling that you have arrived at your final destination.
What happens next?
