Age: 19
Appearance: short dark blue hair parted to one side

Personality: A quiet nerdy type who gets scared easily and keeps to herself because she doesn't know how to talk to others well.
She's the type that believes science fiction, magic, sorcery, and curses like in her favorite anime, but she always recited them
for fun and never thought any of them would actually work....
Penni always hoped something out of the ordinary would happen to break her from her normal everyday routine.
To make life more like the cartoons she loved...
