You considered your options and decided that both had equal opportunity for success and downfall. After prodding yourself for more time than you had any right too, you looked up to the sky to see if there was any intuition to be found. Night had long fallen over the land, shown by the bright stars that hung overhead. You sighed in relaxation as your mind slowly began to wander to years ago when you would look at the exact same night sky. Even when you were a priestess in training, a glance into the night sky always gave off some kind of relaxing aura. Your eyes scanned the stars until you noticed one star that seemed brighter than the others in view. Turning your gaze to the road in front of you, it seemed the bright star was pointing more towards the forest. Taking it as some kind of sign, you began walking to the entrance of the wood. Wishing for another moment of calm peace, you decided to take another look at the stars above. There you saw your deciding star, even brighter than it was before.....and in a completely different spot. You tilted your head, curious over to how the star could have moved so quickly....and could still be moving. After a few seconds of glancing, you began to realize the star wasn't getting brighter but closer! Within seconds, you hit the dirt as the sounds of burning became prevalent. An ear piercing screech echoed about you, giving you the idea the object was far closer than you would have been comfortable with. As soon as it began, it ended in a muffled slam and an earth shaking movement. With curiosity overtaking you, you rushed over to where you heard the object crash. Rushing through the brush and trees, you already began to notice the large chunks of dirt and rock strewn about. You pushed one last bush aside and your eyes fell upon the strangest.....thing...you had ever seen in your life. A construct made entirely of metal, still glowing and smoking from the fire that had disguised it as a star. Looking to the dirt path the object had carved, there was clearly more to this odd object than what was on the surface. Stepping forward, you could see a hatch in the top of the object.
