First we will determine why the Girls wear diapers and eat their male classmates.

Option 1:
Someone cursed all of them. Voldemort could do it with a school subject, why shouldn't he be able to do that too then?

Option 2:
Someone creates a potion that makes the girl that drinks from it wear diapers and eat men. The consumer will also try to make more potions like this to make more girls like herself.
