What if he had slept with her instead of Yvonne.

Thomas thought back to that night, where Yvonne had cheated on Miranda and slept with him and wondered how different it would've been if he had slept with Miranda instead. After all out of the two of them it was Miranda he liked more, though he would never tell Yvonne that. A part of him still regrets breaking up their relationship, even though he never cared for it to begin with and so he made it his mission to test how much they really cared for each other.

The both rejected his advances early on, but it was Miranda who stayed strong and Yvonne that had caved in the end. It had been an accident in the end, a drunken evening at a Frat party, but that was enough, especially when Miranda had discovered them together. They had a rather large fight which practically destroyed their friendship and as a result drove Yvonne and Thomas together.

They had eloped 4 months ago when Yvonne first found out she was pregnant and he had actually been happy with her since. Though he still couldn't help but look over at Miranda and wonder was might have been.

As he was thinking all this, Thomas felt a surge of electricity go through his body and winced in pain. The lights flickered for a moment and everything seems normal, only that's not the case as....
