Probably an effect of her miraculous.

1. After she got her miraculous Marinette slowly turns fatter, then that leads to slob, with both Adrien/Chat Noir incoraging her in both inside and outside the mask. Marinette becomes a slobby lazy fat Ladybug superhero that protects the city while still having the time to get to the all you can eat buffet.


2. One day, Marinette finds herself growing fat by the second till she reaches 400 pound. She trys to fight her new body and lifestyle but soons enjoys it. Also everyone else, even the miraculous holders, find this normal.


3. Marinette wakes up one morning to find herself in a diffrent world after the fight with a new villain, where everyone thinks she's fat and she really is fat! Now trying to handle the new weight and her job of protecting her city, she slowly becomes use to her new lifestlye a little too much.
