You order yet another bottle of sake for the Hokage while Tsunade chugs down the rest of the previous one. Good thing it came while she was drinking; she was too distracted to see you slip some sleep medicine into the next bottle. If the alcohol wasn't already making her sleepy, the medicine definitely would. Just like the previous sake bottle, Tsunade chugged the next one down in mere seconds.
"That one had a nice...a n-nice kick to it," she slurred.
"Glad you enjoyed it," you said.
"Hell yeah I did..." Tsunade said.
Her vision was getting even blurrier than before, and her body was going numb. As a result, her arms fell limply to the side and her mouth started falling open. She wasn't even unconscious yet, but she was still drooling uncontrollably down her chin.
"Lady Hokage?" you ask.
Her entire body slumps forward, her supple breasts serving as a pillow for Tsunade's head. Now she was completely passed out and snoring loudly.
"Perfect," you said, "Now to get her out of here."
