You do your best to hold out, terrified of what you're crazy neighbor will do if you disturb her but after a measly ten minutes you finally break down. You try to slyly adjust your head to relieve some of the immense pressure in your neck but even that slight movement proves devastating. JoAnn's foot slips off your skull and she wakes with a start. You sheepishly look towards her as her eyes snap open in a fury.
"You piece of shit!" She flies across the couch and knocks you to the ground. The attack didn't just take you by surprise, so did her strength! She quickly straddles your stomach and begins smacking you in the face with the front and back of her right hand while she holds your head to the ground by pinning your throat with her opposite hand. The smacks are hard enough that you see stars and after only half a dozen of them you begin crying and begging her to stop.
"P-p-please JoAnn!" Another smack crashes into your cheek and your vision flashes white. "PLEASE!" You cry out loudly. She stops with her hand poised high above you, ready to brutalize you some more. You instinctively bring your hands to your face to rub the spots where she struck you. She has a sick smile on her face as her chest and stomach heave from the exertion of battering you. You are audibly sobbing and she begins to laugh at you.
"You really are pathetic you know that? I'm twice as old as you and a woman, and it took me less than a minute to beat you into a blubbering mess." Still crying, but without the audible sobs you drop your hands to your sides and acknowledge what she's saying by nodding your head. Noticing your guard is down she rains down one hellacious blow on your head that makes your ears ring and your vision blur.
You’re vaguely aware of her standing up and her old, wrinkled face laughing at you as you lose consciousness.
