Looking at the list, Mark scrolled pass Claire and Emilia since their would be plenty of time to make them his before the protagonist show up. Other than the main characters and antagonist, all that was left was the supporting characters that were more like background decoration than anything else. Two of them would be suitable for having some fun with as they won't affect the story even they were taken out.
MeiMei was the automaton that Charlotte had built as a very capable assistant. She may not be human, but Charlotte's lab should have plenty of equipment to modify MeiMei for having some fun.
Miharu Kashiwagi was the big breasted nurse that is taking care of the protagonist younger sister, Karen Kisaragi. Her little bit of screen time in the anime and the light novel shows her to be a sweet young woman with a playful habit of teasing boys with her enormous tits (speculated to be the largest in the entire series). Mark wouldn't be settled with her just teasing him though as the thought of caressing her bust with his hands was making him drool.
Mark shook the thoughts out of his head as he still needed to make up his mind. So many young woman to choose yet he hadn't which of the ladies to pick.
