For a region so vast and free you didn't get to see much of Paldea on your journey as a Pokémon trainer. Just as you took your first steps into the wild, trying to get to the academy to learn and improve, she appeared. This girl, who from the first moment on, looked like all she ever did was Pokémon battles. The way she looked at the Pokéball on your belt, realizing you were a trainer.
You could just leave her standing there. You didn't have to interact with her at all. But something about her, maybe the fact that she was a bit older than you...a bit more...developed, made you stop where you were. She was energetic, someone who excuded passion with each breath. As she came closer, the difference in height evident, she smiled at you. It was a warm smile, as if she had just seen an old friend of hers.
"Hey you! You're a Pokémon Trainer too, aren't you?" She was undoubtedly more experienced than you, not being afraid to approach you. Well, she didn't have to lose as much as you did. You were still a beginner, while she looked like she could safely be confident in her abilities as a trainer. To top that, she was a girl. You've been told to never pick fights with girls. It never ends well.
A Pokémon fight normally ends with one of the trainers getting a bit of money. If it's a fight between a boy and a girl however things were different. Atleast here in Paldea. Nobody really knew why, but women for some reason had the ability to turn men into anything they wanted. And while this power was quite specific, it could still be useful in a lot of situations. For example to earn a lot of money by turning the man into a valuable item.
Of course there was backlash. Who in their right mind would just let themselves get turned into something else and in doing so lose their humanity in the process. There were rules set in place. And unfortunately the one thing that kept women from turning men into whatever they wanted was a Pokémon battle. Winning one, would grant them the right to go through with the transformation, if they so choose.
Some decided to spare their opponents. But others saw it as fun way to pass the time. This girl in front of you, you weren't quite sure how she would react in that situation. However what you did know, is that young women and girls often picked on beginners, as the chances of winning were quite high. That girl in front of you surely had something similar on her mind when she approached you.
"You look like you've seen a ghost Pokémon. Everything alright? I was hoping we get to have a quick little Pokémon battle, but if you're not feeling ok, we can do it some other time. When I battle I always like to have my opponents at their a-game." She said, a worried look on her face. Well atleast she was considerate. But that didn't mean that she wasn't still going to use her powers on you after the fight.
Nevertheless, it was probably a good idea to take this opportunity to avoid a battle with her. "Thanks for noticing. I'm actually not feeling well. I was on my way to the academy, so I might visit the nurse later." You explained, coming up with a half-lie. But just as you said that you noticed how her eyes were lighting up at the mere mention of the academy.
"What a coincidence. I'm Nemona, the student council president. I can take you there. No, I have to take you there. It's practically my job to look out for fellow students and you are no exception. So, let's go. The sooner you feel better, the sooner we can start our battle. It will be great. " The enthusiasm practically gushed out of her, as she took your hand and dragged you with her. You couldn't help but feel a bit overwhelmed by her lack of personal space and it wasn't like she didn't have any qualities you considered attractive.
However, this was still going a bit too far for your liking. Her touch, while it felt good, was not something you were comfortable with right now. Especially not since you still had her intentions on your mind. And what would probably happen afterwards. Spending the rest of your days as an object was not how you had planned out your future. So, in trying to escape that fate you tried to get out of her grip, which wasn't that hard as it wasn't really that tight. After all, she wanted to help you.
"I...uh..I appreciate your help, but I think I can make it there on my own." You said, trying to get her to leave you alone, so you could prevent any kind of battle between the two of you. Nemona put one of her hands to her chin and began to think. "Hmm. That may be so. But what if something happens on the way there? You know, I'm one of the strongest trainers out here, so I could keep you safe if any Pokémon were to attack you."
She seemed to be doing everything to stay with you. "I can manage. I'm not that weak of a trainer." You lied. You were still pretty much at the start of your journey. "You are? And here I thought you are just a beginner. Guess you're just making it harder on yourself by only carrying one Pokémon. Well, I'll gladly take you on then once you are back to 100%. I won't be holding back." She was full of passion for her interest again and this time you probably only made your situation worse.
"Anyway, you know how those Tauros are. They attack anything in sight. So I'll be staying with you until you're better. I know I shouldn't be so upfront about these things, people always get weirded out when I am, but this isn't just so I can have a battle with you. It's for your own safety. And I gotta watch out for you." She explained, sounding like she truly meant it. You felt a bit bad for lying to her now, seeing how much she cared for you. That's why, when she started dragging you away again, you didn't do anything to stop her. Until you finally stood in front of the nurse's office.
"Here we are." Nemona said, grinning. You knew what was on her mind. She couldn't wait to battle you. "Do you want me to come in there with you? You know, just in case?" Why couldn't you have come up with a better lie? Well, there was no way around it now. Better to get her to focus on something else now. She might forget about the battle. Emphasis on "might". "I think I'll be fine from here. You probably have to focus on some other stuff. Being the student council president and all."
"I..." Nemona began, but before she could even finish her sentence, you had already vanished into the nurse's office. Closing the door behind you, you breathed out a sigh. Atleast you were safe for now. "Oh hello, what seems to be the problem." A voice came from the back of the room. It was nurse Miriam, who gave you a warm smile. Just looking at her reminded you how much trouble you had already caused by lying. Maybe it was better to tell the truth here.
"I...umm...well..." You stuttered. She walked over to you, her stethoscope ready to be put on your body. You could feel a cold shower run over you as it touched you. After a couple of seconds, she put it away. "Well it doesn't seem like anything is out of the ordinary. You are not trying to skip class, are you?" You weren't sure if skipping class was even possible here, given how all of the classes were completely optional. "I'm not skipping class." You finally said. "I was trying to hide from this girl. She wants to battle me and I don'twant to lose."
"Oh? Are you talking about Nemona?" Miriam said as if it was completely obvious who had challenged you. "How did you...?" You began to ask. "Oh, she comes by alot. So, you want me to help hide you from her? I might have an idea." She said, a large smile on her lips. You weren't quite able to even respond to her, suddenly feeling very sluggish and tired. Your vision became blurry and eventually all you saw was darkness.
When you opened your eyes again, it felt like you were hugging something. It was warm and it slightly moved. You had no idea what it was and there wasn't much time to even think about it, as suddenly your vision became obstructed again. However this time it went to total darkness from the start. But you noticed that you hadn't fallen unconcious this time. You were wide awake. And there was another thing you noticed...or rather heard. A familiar voice.
"Thanks, nurse Miriam. I was starting to feel a bit weighed down by the previous one." Nemona was here? Where exactly? And what was she talking about. "No problem Nemona. Just don't go through this one as fast as you went through the previous one. I'm kinda running out of diapers and I had to improvise here." Miriam replied.
Diapers? Did you hear that correctly? Nemona wore diapers? You didn't have much of a chance to think about how this info before Nemona began to speak again. "It's a shame that trainer had to leave so early. If I hadn't gone somewhere to...umm...take care of business, I might have caught up to them." Miriam had seemingly lied to her about you, but you were right here, listening to them.
"Oh, I wouldn't worry so much. Who knows? Maybe they're pretty close by." Miriam laughed. Alright, she didn't have to tease the fact that you could very much hear everything they said. "Well, I guess I'll see you once I fill this bad-boy up." Nemona said as you suddenly felt like someone had hit you two times. A soft crinkling sound accompanied those two hits. And the next thing you knew, was that it felt like you were moving. Slowly but surely a realization began to form inside your head as you put the puzzle pieces together.
Miriam didn't seriously do what you think she did. She did not turn you into a diaper for Nemona to wear. She couldn't. It was illegal to turn someone into an object without beating them in a battle first. You felt the anger boil inside of you. This woman had betrayed you. She had broken the law. You couldn't let her get away with this. "HEY!!" You shouted. But to your surprise there seemed to be no reaction. You...you couldn't talk. You were just a diaper. And without knowing of your fate, Nemona walked out of the room, wearing you.
