Okay, now, the nature of this means that a Zelda timeline would need to be in place, but there's a bit of a problem, the timelines in the Hyrule Historia and The Legend of Zelda: Encyclopedia are completely impossible, for a couple of reasons.
One, it was confirmed years before the Hyrule Historia was created that there were only two timelines, the Adult Timeline consisting of the Wind Waker, Phantom Hourglass, Spirit Tracks, and a spinoff game that was a Japanese only bonus to another game, and the Child Timeline, where it was confirmed every other game that didn't take place before Ocarina of Time in the timeline happened in.
Two, it is canon that the Links and Zeldas from Four Swords and Four Swords Adventures are the same ones, and according to the Historia and Encyclopedia, that means that in the couple of years between those two games (it was said at one point that years had passed, not decades, not centuries, not millennia, but years, and they weren't adults yet, so it couldn't have been too many), the Ocarina of Time versions were born while the Four Swords versions were still around (granted, since there are cases of the multiple incarnations of Link and Zelda being active at the same time without alternate dimensions and time travel being involved, that's not such a hard part to swallow), the events of Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask happened, Ocarina of Time Link was able to have descendants, died, trained one of his descendants, who then killed Ganondorf, who then later reincarnated, with there only being one male Gerudo born every 100 years. All of this, including the hundreds of years in between games, took place in only a couple of years if you go by the Historia and Encyclopedia.
Therefor, like I said before, it is impossible for those timelines to be canon. In light of this, I'm putting down multiple selections for a timeline, with the timelines for the Historia and Encyclopedia, which have slightly different timelines, being options, and with custom ones being able to be made, so long as they don't do something like put confirmed sequels before the original (for example, no having Majora's Mask before Ocarina of Time), don't put the Adult and Child Timelines together, and don't have any games with Ganondorf/Ganon take place before Ocarina of Time.
Here's my timeline (note, I am not including spinoffs, although they can be placed in it, so long as it makes some sense for them to be in that spot):
United timeline: Skyward Sword -> Minish Cap -> Ocarina of Time
Adult timeline: Ocarina of Time -> Wind Waker -> Phantom Hourglass -> Spirit Tracks
Child timeline: Ocarina of Time -> Majora's Mask -> Twilight Princess -> Four Swords -> Four Swords Adventures -> A Link to the Past -> The Oracle Games -> Link's Awakening -> A Link Between Worlds -> The Legend of Zelda -> Zelda II The Adventures of Link -> Breath of the Wild
Age of Calamity takes place in a weird position, as it happens in another timeline created at the beginning of the game, and it doesn't lead up to Breath of the Wild, due to events happening differently. Hyrule Warriors, if it is used, would be another interesting point, as the technology isn't up to par with the Breath of the Wild technology, but you can turn Hyrule Warriors Link and Zelda's appearances into their Breath of the Wild versions, and it definitely isn't in the Adult timeline, since it was mentioned that Twilight Princess was in its past.
