Percy Scales, Outlaw Crime Fighter

Sitting in a dingy cell at the sheriff's office was Percy Scales. He was a gecko with an orange and white color scheme, although he tried to deter people away from his bright colors by wearing a black and white suit, matching pair of boots and solid black hat. Recently Percy had been in trouble with Texas for butting in on her investigations. If you asked Texas she would say that she had the town under control, but all Percy saw was the articles in the paper about her being scrapped off pavement or being a temporary tattoo for a fat criminal. He felt that he could do some good by stepping up and fighting crime, but Texas disagrees.
Soon April walked up to Percy's cell with a a set of keys. "Ok Scales, you're free to go. You're gun is on the table by the door. "Is Tex away?" He said wondering why the deputy was letting him out. "Yeah she got a tip that Roxxie was on the outskirts of town and went out there this morning, sadly Roxxie brought her back jiggling on her butt. She scrapped her butt across the steps of town hall leaving Tex as a crumpled up mess while she hopped off laughing. So she's at the doctor's office right now getting inflated back to normal, he said if Roxxie sat down just one more time, Tex would have been a backside tattoo forever. So her recovery might be a while." April explained. "Yeah? What else is new." Percy said grabbing his gun about to leave. "Smiling Jacks is, I got reports of her and her gang harassing a farm north of here. I want to chase down Roxxie before she leaves town, but I need to stop Smiling Jacks from hurting those farmers." She said feeling overwhelmed by criminals.
"Perhaps I can help, you take one and I'll take the other." Percy said wanting to prove himself. "I don't know Tex doesn't like you messing up our way of doing things." April said doubting him. "We'll worry about Tex when she's 3D again, come on April what do ya say?" He pleaded. "Alright since I've got my hands full I'll let you help, but don't tell Tex." April said. Percy smiled and answered back "I won't, I'll go after..."
