Dakota groaned as she finally dismounted the final crate. She certainly wouldn't be missing those metal nightmares any time soon. But the groan held more weight than just relief from being done climbing. It held apprehension- primarily aimed at Piper, mixed with a small hint of jealousy at Zack, who clearly made the right choice by checking out early and bailing on the entire scene.
"What are you waitin' for? C'mon, it's through here!' Piper shrieked with joy as she ran off- Dakota could only imagine what sort of impressive discomfort was being inflicted by Piper's large chest being bounced around like that... She must really be psyched about that briefcase.

"Wow, glad our fingerprints are on this, now. A-plus, Piper." Dakota seemed to have gained her voice and an abundance of sarcasm, all at once. "Can't wait til those totally, undoubtedly understanding and kind folks dust for fingerprints and-" Dakota was ready to keep laying down what she was sure were sick disses, but Piper cut her off.
"Shush, there's something here. It's, uh..." Piper's finger pressed a small button beyond the papers. There was a click- slightly louder than the one when the case was opened. And then...
