Est becomes a Hydra

The light seemed to grow larger and brighter as Est's transformation continued, obscuring even more of the Deliverance's view of the Altar. Finally, after the glow dimmed and faded, the pink-haired woman's transformation finished and the spectators were able to see what became of her. Collectively they all stared in amazement, Emma going as far as to rub her eyes to make sure she was seeing things properly.

"What? Do I look really weird or something?" Est asked, seeing her friends' reactions. For some reason, she felt like she could hear her voice echoing as she spoke.

"Est? Err... Ests?" Palla asked. "Gods, this is confusing," the greenette added as she put a hand against her forehead.

"What do you mean by 'Ests'?" the pink-haired girl echoed. Looking down at her arms, Est thought everything was normal at first until she noticed that it looked like there were three different backgrounds behind her arms overlapping. Looking further down at her body, she saw that her body had changed from the hips downward, becoming the body of a large snake. Turning over her shoulder to see where the snake body led, it became apparent why she felt like her vision was weird and why her sister said her name in the plural.

"What on earth...?" all three of Ests heads said in unison. Behind her, she saw a rather large and thick snake body all coiled up at the edge of the platform, its tail hanging down off the side. On the other end, she saw a place where the serpentine body forked into three slightly skinnier branches, each of them meandering some ways across the altar as they led to each of her hips. Turning her heads sideways, Est was able to get a better look at her torsos with two heads while the third one gazed off towards the wall. She now resembled a trio of lamias whose tails all joined up further down to become a large, main snake body. From the waist up, very little had changed about Est, and surprisingly she was still wearing armor on all three torsos, although the design had changed somewhat to leave her skin exposed in a wide swath from her belly up to her neck. The other thing she noticed was that her ears had changed subtly as well, and were now long and pointed.

"Est, are you alright?" Celica asked with concern for her newly transformed ally.

"Yeah, I seem to be fine, I'm just trying to get used to this," Est spoke with all three heads again. "Man, I need to find a way to stop doing this," she added, slightly irritated that she kept talking from all three heads at once.

Shade spoke up with another question, "Are you one Est, or are you three Ests now?"

Concentrating on trying to talk with only her middle head, the snake woman replied, "Just one still. I seem to be in control of all three of these bodies."

"Doesn't her form kind of remind you of a hydra?" Mae asked a general question.

"Hmm, yes, I suppose so," Shade replied, "How'd you know about hydras?"

"Hu, hu..." Mae laughed smugly, "You're not the only one who has been reading up on mythology since all of this started."

With some effort, Est managed to turn two of her heads to look at each other, and noticed that her eyes had also changed a bit. Leaning towards herselves, she looked closer at her eyes to see that she now had slitted pupils, not unlike a reptile. Thinking about other things that might have changed, she stuck out her tongues in curiosity, confirming that they also changed. While they were still mostly human, they were definitely much longer than before, and appeared to be a bit split at the end, but neither sharp nor thin enough to be called forked tongues.

Realizing that there wasn't much reason to keep staying on the platform that was barely able to contain her large snake body, Est began slithering her way down the stairs, giving in to a strange instinct that let her know how to move her body without prior experience. As her main body uncoiled while she moved further away, her companions stepped aside to allow her room to pass by them. Once her tail was fully extended, it appeared as if there was at least twenty feet of length, not counting the length of each of her "necks", which added roughly eight feet each.

"Well, I wasn't expecting to get more sisters out of that," Catria stated wryly as the two human sisters walked up to the hydra girl.

"Muuuu, I told you, there's still just one 'me'!" Est exclaimed three times over in reply to the teasing.

"I guess it's our turn now isn't it, sister?" Palla said to the bluenette.
