His hair lengthens to his hips and turns blood red while his red bangs reach his chest. waiting for the rest of his body to transform narutos waits but after two hours pass naruto comes to the conclusion that he probably didnt use a big enough sample of DNA to complete the transformation. going to take the mask off, naruto panicks as he cant find the mask on his face, as it had fused into the skin. racing off to find tsunade naruto leave the safety of his apartment hoping that with his extremely feminine hair style and the womens clothes he put on as a disguise that no one would recognize him. with a bag of his clothes to change into when he gets to the hokage tower naruto asks shizune unaware that the hair was the only visible thing to change.
hoping that shizune wouldnt realize that it was him naruto walks up to her and asks "i need to see hokage-sama.'' naruto says only now realizing that his voice is now his moms as well.
"she is free right now go on ahead." shizune says
playing the part of a respectful young woman naruto bows and quickly walks pass. forgetting that he had a bag of clothes he needed to change into naruto walks into tsunades office yelling out "baa-chan i need your help."
looking up tsunade glares at the young girl until she realizes who it was and burst out laughing. "naruto, hahahahaha, look at you does my sweet wittle girl need help" tsunade says in a mocking manner.
"i tried out a new jutsu which creates a mask so i can go by unnoticed in public i dont like the fame. i used a strand of moms hair to do it." naruto cries out
after explaining the jutsu tsunade thinks for a moment and says "i think the problem is that you didnt have a large enough sample to make the mask so the mask made as many changes as it could, your hair and voice. And since you cant remove the mask i believe that since the mask fused into your face you are stuck like that until you wear another mask. and since that is now your hair and not kushina's using your current hair to make a mask wont do anything.
"so im stuck like this?" naruto asks
"it appears so for now, however jutsu backfires happen all the time im sure your friends will understand." with a smirk appearing on her face tsunade gets devious and calls out as naruto leaves "naruto i am making a law where you must dress like a female for the rest of your life."
"WHAT, BAA-CHAN THATS UNFAIR.'' naruto screams out
Her smirk getting bigger tsunade adds on "for that outburst you will identify yourself as a woman and that means using the female public restrooms and the female side onsen."
"tsunade you cant do that" naruto cries out "i only have the hair and voice of a woman i still have a flat chest and a dick"
"tisk tisk naruto or should i say naruko." tsunade says standing up as she appears behind the newly dubbed naruko and knocks 'her' out as she calls shizune over to help her prepare for a surgery, naruko's sex change, while thinking to herself whos would be willing to swap their female privates for naruko's male privates
