Unfortunately, Finn's spectral form did not give him the gift of speed. While he could fly, it would be at the pace of his running speed. Even then, speeding would tire him.
Spirits grow tired? Finn did not expect that.
If he is to possess one of Richard's sons who had the sane mind of having his household on the opposite side of the city, he needs a car. Luckily, there's that teenager he possessed before. The guy is opening his car. Finn expected the guy to have a black eye by now. But the guy came out unscathed, except for a scared breathless look on his face. Half his ripped clothes are still dangling on his shoulder, and luckily, his takeout survived the whole ordeal. But not for long.
Finn stepped inside the guy's body and found an easier invasion of his mind. It grew looser from the prior invasion. Within seconds, Finn was back to this youthful skin. He entered the guy's car and drove to Richard's household. He also ate this guy's chicken order because his body is starving.
If Finn is to overthrow the old grunting ox, he made sure to know everything about him. So, it's no question as to how he knows the guy's address. Within an hour, he managed to reach the place. It's a nice neighborhood, albeit disconnected from the rest of the city because of a small patch of forest. The lights are on, and Richard's vehicle is parked in front of the garage. Finn left his current body, but not before scarfing the guy's wallet for a couple thousand bucks. The look on the guy's is priceless when he realized his a hundred miles away from home, his money is gone, and so were his chicken.
In his spectral form, Finn floated inside the household. Phasing through walls is an experience he thinks he will never get used to. It's like hitting something hard but you could still push further. It disconcerting because it's fucking up the expectations his brain had learned through the years. Nevertheless, he slipped inside where he immediately saw Richard lounging in the living room while watching one of the most boring channels out there - the infomercial channel. Like, who in this modern period would torture themselves with watching that!? Richard, apparently.
As much as Finn would start his torture by possessing Richard and ruining his professional career, that would seem too easy. He will ruin him in a more exciting, yet nefarious way. And it's through one of his three sons.
The first son is named Smith. The oldest by the looks of it. From his social media profile, it seems he recently came back from being deployed overseas. He is a huge grunt, with more muscles than fat, unlike his father. In a way, he could still see Richard's semblance on him. From the sharpness in the eyes and the stern aura surrounding him. Finn is already relishing the thought of having that attitude. With it, he could fight Richard with his own medicine.
The second son is a question for Finn. His name is Jake and he found him in his room, jacking off to pictures of naked muscular men online. Whenever he's close, he'd pull his hands out and lets his dick grow flaccid. Then he'd start again. Finn never personally tried it, but he knew he was edging. He's a question not because of his shameful yet perfectly understandable act, but because he could meet any of Richard's genes on him. His features are soft, don't have a pound of muscle, and never have that striking aura his father and older brother had. He doesn't stand out. And that might be a blessing now that Finn got to think about it. Whatever acts he'll do, Richard won't see it coming if he did it as Jake.
As for the youngest son, Finn found Brandon already sleeping with only his underwear on. He understands though. It's the hottest week of the season and the air conditioner is barely working. And by the looks of it, Jake is the black sheep of this family. Brandon looks quite mature for his age. And even though he was sleeping, Finn could see the flare from his father and eldest brother. His only caveat is that he's the only blonde in this family. If he would possess Brandon, that youthful innocence will land a larger blow on Richard. You wouldn't expect someone so young to do something as horrible as what Finn is planning.
