It was the sound of Lucy's panties starting to rip. Wendy cried out"Lucy,your undies are starting to rip! Grab onto something before you fall!" A few seconds later, Lucy's panties completely rip off and she starts to fall before grabbing onto a window ledge. "Lucy,are you ok?" Wendy asked concerned about her friend. Lucy climbs into the open window and calls up"yeah Wendy I'm fine." Lucy hears a sigh of relief from Wendy as she walks to find the stairs to the top so she can help Wendy. A minute later Lucy Is able to locate the stairs and starts climbing up,on the way picking out the remaining shreds of fabric that used to be her panties.
As Lucy reached the top,she quickly ran over to where Wendy was hanging and called down to her"Wendy,you ok? I'm gonna pull you up,got it?" Lucy grabbed Wendy's underwear and pulled her up as softly as she could. Wendy let out a small groan but otherwise remained silent. When Wendy was safely on the floor of the tower,Lucy carefully started unwrapping her underwear from around her body and picking it out for her. After a few minutes of this, Wendy's panties were unwrapped and were now the size of a large tent.
When Lucy had finished,Wendy weakly tried to sit up and she said "thank you Lucy. That wedgie was really painful". Lucy pulled the small girl into a hug and said "you aren't too hurt are you?" Wendy gave a weak smile to her older friend and said "y-yeah I'll be fine. You wouldn't have happened to have seen my pants,would you"? Lucy looked around and saw Wendy's pants lying in the floor so she got up and went over to pick them up. She brought them over to Wendy and Wendy put them on, although her now massively stretched panties had no hope of being fit into her pants.
Wendy and Lucy walked down the stairs and out the front door of the tower. Wendy's panties were dragging behind her so she stopped to pick them up and carry them. At the bottom they met the mayor,who said to them "you two did it! That shadowy menace has left our town. We honestly didn't expect you would be able to do it." Wendy and Lucy look at each other confused. "He just flew off,how do you know he won't come back",? Wendy asked. The mayor then explained what she meant"His castle disappeared. This isn't the first time he's come to a town. He always just shows up and asserts himself and he always manifests a castle. Whenever he leaves a village for good,his castle goes with him". Upon hearing this,Lucy said "why didn't you tell us this before? That might have helped!" The mayor shrugged and said "it didn't seem important. Why don't you two go get a change of underwear and meet me at the back here? I'll be waiting with your reward".
Wendy and Lucy then went to a nearby house and asked to use their bathroom. The couple living inside gladly allowed them in as thanks for saving their town. Wendy and Lucy headed up stairs and both went to change their underwear. They both went in at the same time since they were comfortable enough around each other. Both girls pulled their pants/skirts off and took off their underwear (or in Lucy's case,dug out what little remained of her panties) after a minute,Lucy pulled a pair of pink panties with stars on them out of her bag and slipped them on. Lucy then pulled her skirt up and looked over to see Wendy rubbing her butt as she pulled up a pair of sky blue grannies with Teddy bears printed on them. Wendy than pulled up her pants and closed her backpack,but not before Lucy caught a glimpse of a lot of pairs of underwear.
As Wendy waited for Lucy,she stared at the toilet. Lucy said to her "hey Wendy,any reason you are staring at that toilet?" Wendy quickly looks away and blushes " I was just thinking how lucky we were that guy didn't wedgie us in a bathroom. He could have given us a swirly! I hate those!" Lucy was a bit surprised Wendy knew was a swirly was,but figured she had gotten one from someone. "Maybe I'll ask her about it some other time,"Lucy thought to herself. A minute later,Lucy called out "hey Wendy? I saw inside your backpack and was wondering,why do you have so many pairs of panties in your bag?" Wendy turned back to Lucy with a little blush on her face and said "well um remember how I said I get a lot of wedgies? I always bring a bunch of extra pairs in case I need them". Lucy gives a look indicating she understands and says "ok then,makes sense. Let's go get our reward." The two girls leave the bathroom and head out, thanking the couple in their way out.
Lucy and Wendy head to the tower and meet the mayor to get their reward. "You have done a great service for this town. As thanks,we offer you 200,000 jewels." The girls thank the mayor and head off. Along the way,Lucy starts talking about how they are going to split the money. Wendy shakes her head and says "you don't have to split the money with me Lucy. I wasn't much help anyway." Lucy grabs Wendy and says "Wendy,we've talked about this. Don't be so hard on yourself,you are always helpful on jobs". "I wasn't very helpful on this job"Wendy says to Lucy. Lucy grabs Wendy's hand and says "Wendy,I didn't really do anything helpful either. So either we split the money or we might as well return it". Wendy thinks for a moment and says "yeah ok. Sorry about that Lucy,I don't mean to be like that. It just happens". "It's ok Wendy,but me and the rest of the team have told you not to do that,I might have to punish you a little. Don't worry, I won't go too hard on you. Wendy looks at Lucy to see if she is serious or not,and sighs. "Ok guess that makes sense,I did break one of the rules you guys set for me. The two then arrive at the train station to discover the train is out of commission due to an accident a few miles down the track. The two decide to walk back to Magnolia and eventually nightfalls. The two set up a camp with a tent from Wendy's backpack. They find some wood to make a campfire. Wendy and Lucy sit down next to each other by the campfire on logs. The two are eating some sandwiches that Wendy brought in case she got hungry. Wendy is sitting close to Lucy holding onto one of her arms. Once they finish their food,Lucy says "Wendy,I think now is a good time for your punishment. Like I said,I won't go too hard on you but it might hurt a little." Wendy gives a brave nod acknowledging she is willing to accept her punishment.
