"Wendy seems like a good choice,Lucy thought. Despite her being younger then most others in the guild,she is powerful,yet she isn't reckless like a lot of my fellow guild mates so half the town they are trying to save won't be destroyed". Lucy walked over to her young friend and said"hey Wendy,want to come on a job with me" Wendy turned to look at Lucy and said"hiya lucy,you want me to go on a job with you? Sure! I love going on jobs with my friends. What kind of job is it"? Lucy replied"someone has been terrorizing a town and they need help taking care of them". Wendy stands up and says"ok let's go. I want to help as much as I can. The two girls head out to the train station to wait for a train when Lucy remembers that she didn't tell Wendy about how their target was terrorizing the townspeople. Lucy looks over to her young friend and says"Wendy I forgot to mention exactly what this person has been doing to terrorize the people. He has been giving them wedgies." Upon hearing this, Wendy's hands went down to her butt and she started blushing. "Wedgies? I hate wedgies! I wish you'd have told me this before". When Lucy heard this,she was surprised. She didn't think wendy would even know what a wedgie was. "Sorry Wendy,I forgot. If you want I can find someone else to go on this job with me". "No,it's fine I love going out on jobs with you so I'll still come". Wendy hugged her older friend and Lucy hugged her back before saying"so wendy,how do you know what a wedgie is? I don't imagine you getting them". Wendy blushes and says"well people in the guild wedgies me all the time. Usually it's just a few tugs or bounces,but if I accidentally do something to make anyone mad they'll give me some worse wedgies. Usually they don't go too overboard since they don't want to hurt me too bad. However,there are some bullies outside the guild who often humiliate me in public". Lucy was shocked to hear this. How could someone as sweet and adorable as wendy be treated like that. "I'm sorry to hear that Wendy. I'll try my best to make sure nothing happens on this job. The two then see the train arrive and they get on. A few hours later they reached their destination. The station doesn't go straight to the town so they have to walk the rest of the way. Once they reach the town,both mages gasp. All over they can see women hanging by their underwear or with their panties over their heads. One woman walks up to them and says"are you the wizards from Fairy Tail"? Both girls nod and Lucy asks"are you the one who went in the job request"? The woman says "yes,I am the mayor of this town,my name is Emily. The one behind all of this is in the Bell tower in the center of town. Please take care of this for us". Both wizards nod and start walking towards the bell tower. Upon reaching the tower,a figure emerges from the shadows. Before either girl could react,he cast a spell , freezing both girls in their place. Lucy's eyes darted over to Wendy who was staring at the shadowy figure looking brave, but Lucy could see a little fear in the poor girls eyes. The figure then said with a smirk"well look what we've got! Some fresh meat,and they are wizards as well? This will be fun" he then used another spell to created four copies of himself. Two of them reached down the front of Lucy's skirt and Wendy's pants and the other two reached down the back. Before either girls could say anything,their underwear was pulled straight up in the front and back. Lucy's hot pink panties with white hearts printed on them went up to her mid back before they stopped stretching. The two then started bouncing Lucy by her panties trying to get them to stretch more. "Lucy cried out in pain"owww,you better let go or I'll do worse to you when I get out of this!" Meanwhile, Wendy's pink granny panties with cats printed on them were launched two feet over her head in one pull. Wendy cried out" OWIIIEEE! my undies are so far up!" Wendy's undies were then then bounced up and down until they were so stretched out they were able to be wrapped around her whole body. By this point Wendy was sobbing her eyes out. Lucy looked over to the poor girl and thought"I'm so sorry Wendy,I didn't mean for you to get hurt". Lucy was then picked up by her legholes,as was Wendy. They were brought to the top of the Bell tower and Lucy was hung off the railing by her panties. She had a few tears in her eyes from the pain,but she tried to stay strong for Wendy. Lucy then saw that Wendy was brought over the knee of one of the shadow clones and her pants were pulled down to her ankles. Wendy didn't notice since her undies were still wrapped around her body and tied at the top(her legholes made her able to see though). The clone used magic to summon in a paddle. They started spanking the poor girl and Lucy looked away,not wanting to see her good friend in that painful position. As the spanking went on,Wendy howled in pain"OWIIE MY TUSHY! please stop,what did I do to deserve this!?" Wendy's eyes were overflowing with tears as the spanking went on for a few minutes until her tushy was Scarlett colored. As Wendy was crying her eyes out,the clones bring her next to Lucy and hung her by her legholes next to Lucy. When wendy fell into the wedgie,she let out an even louder cry. Down below,the townsfolk looked on in pity at the two girls. The shadowy figure then appeared in front of them and said"this has been fun,but I'll be off now. By the way little girl,nice grannies. You even have your name on them,how adorable!" With that the shadowy figure flew off and his clones disappeared. Lucy then looked over to her young companion and pulls her into a hug while stroking her hair. "I'm so sorry Wendy,I never meant for this to happen. Are you ok"? Wendy wiped her eyes and looked at her older friend. She sniffled and said with a small smile" I'm fine,this wedgie and my tushy just really hurt. Also,please don't blame yourself Lucy,I wanted to come and even if we ended up with these wedgies,it was worth it to get to spend time with you". Lucy blushes a little and smiles"aw you are such a sweetheart Wendy. By the way wendy,nice panties. They are so adorable,just like you! Although,I didn't picture you wearing granny panties". Wendy blushes and says"I like these types of undies,my tushy is a little bigger than normal on account of how many sweets I eat.
