Appearance: Derek is 5' 9'' and weight 180 lbs, he has a slightly muscular body, light skin, teal eyes and dark spiky hair in a quiff. He wears a simple, plain white t-shirt and dark blue jeans.

Personality: Despite his apparent clean attire, Derek enjoys messing around with other people using his own body odor and gas. His somewhat 'good looks' give him a cocky personality that doesn't always works in his favor. Even if he is very friendly, he can get angry easily, and if he beats someone he will try and have as much fun as he possibly can using his Pokemons stink or his own. He usually has a calm, jokingly and teasingly attitude, but when the tides of battle are not in his favor he tends to get really nervous and frightened, even if he tries to appear otherwise, this may be caused by his surprisingly sensitive sense of smell: Since he is used to his own stink, it doesn't bother him, but when it's something else, it's a whole different story...
