Easily described as a spontaneous, gradual swapping phenomena that not only effects the employees of Wilkos, but affects the residents of Rotherham and the world beyond. And, though entire bodies can be swapped, random body parts will also be swapped.
The staff, and perhaps the world at large, will then have to adjust to their changes. Some might like their swaps, others definitely won't.
Also, anyone outside of Wilkos, including the employees' friends and families will not only notice anything and everything out of the ordinary, they will more than likely be victims of the phenomena themselves. Of course, this will make some adjustments a lot more difficult for our intrepid protagonists.
Shall we start this arc? If so, might I suggest some options?
The Random Exchange Virus: a virus of unknown origin has swept throughout the globe at an alarming pace. Though it's not fatal and leaves no major ailment to each subject, it does provide a network that allows all kinds of swaps to happen to people within breathing vicinity.
An Exploration of Superposition: Superposition is the ability of a quantum system to be in multiple states at the same time until it is measured. What if we applied this law to humans of different dimensions? As a particular comet glides closer to Earth, the distance between alternate universes shorten, allowing certain traits and parts to be chopped and changed between each universe's residents.
Electro-Magnetic Scrambler: an alien artifact with unclear capabilities is found by one or some of the Wilko employees. One button push later and now all organic life, employees and customers alike, find themselves randomly exchanging aspects of themselves with those around them.
