Thinking harder, Tucker typed again into the app: This screen is green.
A small vibration from his phone and, lo and behold, the app's screen turned a beautiful shade of emerald green. Tucker nodded. Progress was made. Enough for now, this was pretty boring and silly. He went to close the app and delete it to see-
"What the hell!?" Tucker took two steps backwards as he saw his entire phone now was rendered in different shades of green. He quickly flipped through his messages, his calendar, all green. "Holy..." it all clicked as he flipped the, now green, app back open: it had changed everything in his phone.
Tucker shook his head slowly. He had taken some computer programming courses and knew about jail-breaking phones. This must be some program like that. That meant...maybe he could improve his phone! Going back to the app he typed in again:
My phone has twice the memory and RAM
His phone vibrated in his hand and then rippled. With a shout, Tucker dropped the phone on the ground, watching it writhe slightly before reforming as a brand new iPhone model he had never seen before. Picking it up, he saw on the back that it said "iPhone Z".
That-That's impossible... He knew that wasn't a real model of iPhone when he felt a headache build and a new memory popped into his head. He remembered touring Apple headquarters in California over the summer and being randomly selected by Tim Cook to secretly take and field test a brand new model of iPhone.
But...but that didn't happen... Tucker knew, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that he had never even been to California, let alone Apple HQ...yet the memory was in his head clear as day.
Tentatively reaching down and picking up the new, sleek (and still green-screened) phone, he came to an incredible realization.
"I'm dreaming."
Several violent head shakes and hand slaps later, Tucker came to a second, perhaps more incredible realization.
"This thing changed REALITY!"
Staring blankly at the device, he had a million ideas and fears hit his head all at once. He knew he had been given an amazing gift...but what to do with it?
