Chapter #5

Front Entrance/Lounge

    by: Jes-Wan Author IconMail Icon
Jenny reaches for the door, slowly opening it and peers though. She can't see anyone in the hallway, therefore thinking it's safe slips out the door, closing it behind her. She's chosen the front entrance as her searching point. Jenny creeps through the hallway, trying to keep any noise level down. She reaches the stairs with no incident. She bobs down and tries to look down the stairs, the view isn't great. Here goes nothing gulps Jenny. She takes each step one at a time, holding onto the handrail. Almost reaching the bottom the kitchen is in view, she pauses as she sees Tracy working in the kitchen, she's at the sink not facing towards Jenny.

Jenny takes the last step and takes a lower stance moving towards the front door. With the door in view she sees Shawn on the couch facing the TV, she'll be able to get past him if he doesn't move or turn around. Jenny ducks down and quietly crawls behind the couch, towards the door. I hope nothing is in the lounge, I can't search there with Shawn in the way! Screams Jenny in her head. Jenny reaches the front door, there is a cupboard by the door. That's it, there's no where else it could be hidden in here.

Jenny sneaks up to the cupboard and opens the door. It's made of wood and makes a loud creek, Jenny cringes and finds only shoes inside. Shit! Risked everything for nothing... Suddenly a tap comes on her shoulder. Jenny jumps and turns around its Shawn with a concerned look on his face. Jenny covers and says "I can explain". Shawn replies "We were wondering where you got to! Hey Tracy I found the real estate lady!" Jenny freaks at the shout, and wonders why he hasn't pointed out her nudity. Tracy walks in smiling "there you are!" She says.

Jenny squirms with her hands and arms covering her bits. "Hi again" is all she manages to get out. "Please join us for dinner before you go" says Shawn. Jenny looks shocked and says "I'm a little underdressed don't you think? I could really do with some clothes, I have some in my car but your kids stole mine and the keys". Tracey looks at Jenny "was wondering why you were naked, explain".

Jenny feels mortified this is happening, turns red and explains her ordeal.

Tracy yells "Boys!" The twins come rushing down in haste. "Yes mum!" they both yell whist eying Jenny with a smirk. "We want to invite Jenny to dinner, but she's worried about being naked, can you return her stuff?" Worried is a serious understatement thinks Jenny.

"BUT that's not how the game works mum and she lost the first round!" One of the twins yells. Tracy bobs down to their level and says "you're right I'm sorry, there is plenty of time before dinner for her to finish. The boys smile. "I'm sorry what?!" expresses Jenny in disbelief of what she just heard, what is wrong with these people?

Tracy stands up to Jenny and says "sorry if we don't let them finish their games we'll never hear the end of it". At this time the goth girl stands on the bottom step and with a laugh looking at Jenny, I guess dinner isn't ready yet, I'm going back to my room."

"Seriously? This isn't a joke?" Says Jenny. Shawn and Tracey nod and say "good luck!"

Jenny slumps and looks at the twins.
