Soundwave being a master programer and almost still as Shockwave was deleted and load new programs into Arcee's mind. He delated most of everything that made her an Autobot, and put into think to make her a Decepticons. Completely loyal to Megatron, see him as a comrade, a still hate for Starscream still, a Ok like to Knock Out and Breakdown, helpfulness to Shockwave, and a friendship to Airachnid.
Arcee felt everything she love and knew was being lost and replace. All her Autobots friends replace by their Decepticons counterpart, see the Autobots as the enemy. Arcee blue optic become dim and new red one were glowing in place.
After a bit more Soundwave finished and released Arcee. She didn't do anything at first, but after a few moments stood up and look to Soundwave. There was silent, but Arcee then bowed to her superior officer and said, "What is your command Soundwave!"
