A small child

June was transformed into a small child.
"Hey! What did you do to me?" You asked.
The lady smiled at you.
"We made you into a child again, one young enough for daycare. Now you can enjoy the daycare experience without being an awkward teen!" She said.
Normally this would sound like madness to you, but somehow it clicked. You got to be a little girl again, something you thought you'd never get to experience ever in the rest of your life. You smiled and nodded.
"Oh, cool! Thanks!" You said.
The woman bent down and lifted you up in her arms. you gave her a quick hug. She was liking caring for you, you seemed to be one of the easier kids.
"Now come on, let's get you into some proper clothes." She said.

What clothing does she let you wear?

You have the following choices:

1. Shirt, panties, overalls

2. T-Shirt, pullups (no pants, pullups are visible)

3. Just a thick diaper and nothing else
