"Hmm... Intercepting a Kichi ship... Sounds dangerous and fun! I think I'm up for that!" You exclaim to Erin, excited for what the next step might be.
"Okay, we just have to find one, and we can start making contact." Erin cheerfully responded, all her systems beginning to boot up. After a few seconds, you hear the loud roaring of the thrusters and engines, as you feel the whole craft starting to move forward. The ship quickly gained speed, before achieving lift and getting off ground. "Ok, now I just have to configure a few key systems in here... If you'll just sit tight, we'll be in space in just a few more minutes..." You AI says, as you see a screen to your right flashing with numbers, some you recognize as the altitude and longitude. You comfortably lean back in your seat, just looking at the blue sky and clouds as your ship climbed even higher and higher.
After some time, you see blackness all around you, along with some glittering lights dotted around randomly. You were in space! "Ok Erin, now do you have any ideas on how do we find a Kichi ship?" You ask her, unsure of how to actually find one to intercept. "Well lucky for you, my careless little pilot, my sensors have picked up a ship that is close by us, with signs telling us that it is a Kichi craft." Your AI quickly says, obviously also excited to explore who was inside this new craft. "I'll set us up for a course to intercept. ETA in 3 minutes..."
The Swift Feather triggers its warp engines, and Erin blasts you to the coordinates of the Kichi ship like a bullet being shot from a rifle. The effect is disorienting, but by the time you've adjusted you see the Kichi ship growing larger in your viewscreen. As your own spacecraft flies in closer to the Kichi ship, you see the other spacecraft slow down, almost beckoning you to board it. Both of your ships quickly link up, as a button on your panel lights up, indicating that both of your ships were linked up, and ready to be boarded. As you get ready to board, you remember Erin's warnings, and quickly checked whether your helmet was put on tight. After a few seconds, you get ready to board her ship to greet the Kichi when...
