Things changed immediately for Willy. He was Donna now. As instructed he went to Maggy's room who had been waiting for him. The first thing she did was have him remove all his clothing and put him into one of her panties and a night gown. Since Donna was so much taller than Maggy the gown didn't reach his ankles as they had with Maggy but the length was fine never-the-less. Then Maggy started Donna on make-up lessons. From this time forward, Donna would never be seen outside his room without makeup on. She also taught him how to use moisturizers and other lotions to get and keep his skin smooth and soft. That night they slept in the same bed, as sisters often did. The next day, Donna's bed was moved into Maggy's room.
As described, Donna saw a psychiatrist the next day to tell her of his desire to be a woman. He was prescribed strong female hormones and testosterone blockers. Then he came home and wrote a letter withdrawing from college. He was now ready to start the housework and to learn how to cook. For several months until the hormones had begun to work he was rarely seen outside the home. His days were filled with housework, cooking and learning how to move and act like a woman. Virtually the only time outside was his weekly hair appointment and biweekly nail appointment at the salon.
Donna began to eat more and gained weight. Since he was taking massive amounts of female hormones at the time, the weight invariably went to his hips, thighs, butt and chest. The moisturizers softened his skin and the extra weight hid what was left of his male muscles.
When he could pass for a woman, he started going out more. By this time, he had gained forty pounds. He had developed a pretty pear shape and was perceived as a plus sized woman. He would buy the groceries and do any other shopping that was needed. He had been instructed to have a cheerful demeanor, which lent to his womanly appearance. He became more expressive with his hands and carried himself as a female at all times. When he had dealings with men he would flirt with them in a playful manner. Some would ask him out on dates, but he would decline.
But throughout all this, Willy hated what had become of him. He couldn't help but act as a friendly, cheerful young woman. He knew what the future would entail. Soon, his mom (Willy thought it was his mother that was doing this to him, not you. He hated her now.) would allow Willy to date. Willy wouldn't be dating for fun, he would be looking for a man to marry him. Once he found that man, they would get married and then the rest of his life would be lived as a 'happy' homemaker. He would never finish college or have a career or do anything that he wanted to go. All masculine traits would be removed from his life. He would even say that sports were silly and leave the room when an event was on. Worse, he would make snacks for his husband's friends and not allow himself to watch. He wouldn't even wear a pair of pants again, not even girlie ones. Willy knew that this would be a dream for some women, but for him it was a living hell.
