Alexander reads the manual.

Alex reads the manual in morbid fascination, wondering who the hell would send something like this to him. “Who... would do this? It has to be a joke, but... not a cheap one,” He mutters. The box, the remote, the manual. If it's all custom, the whole thing could have cost fifty dollars or more.

Frowning, Alex points the remote at his computer monitor, imagining a bigger, better one as he presses the grow button. He almost screams when the monitor grows bigger, even changing it's configuration and he drops the remote in surprise.

“F-fuck...” he gasps, frozen in shock for a couple of minutes as he reels from what he's just seen. After a few moments, his eyes turn to the remote laying on the floor as his mind spins.
