Chapter #5

Reporting from the Front Lines

    by: Unknown
Once in the secret passageway you manage to hear your hief and the Legendary Orc King Sharmiron talking about what to do. By following their voices you make your way into the Legendary Orc King's throne room. Upon entering you are quickly noticed by orcs of of the Assassin Breaker Tribe.

Sharmiron was a tall orc with blue skin and impressive muscles. He wore Wolfson armor laced with bronze and steel. Though kind in mannerisms it is unwise to provoke him to anger. Doing so does not end well and usually results in a harsh and justified punishment.

"How did you find one of the entrances to our secret passageway and why are you not at your post?"

"I come with dire news from the front lines."

"Speak on of what happened." Sharmiron said with concern.

"Thank you great Legendary Orc King. I was at my post when two terribly strong intruders came in. They were a dark fairy and a lion man. They mentioned something about a thief being hired to steal the former chief of the Defense Breaker Tribe's soul."

"That is most worry some. The thief probably already made their clean getaway by now. I'll have to send Torque to recover his father's sword. Having ones own tribe's former chief's sword stolen while on duty greatly tarnished the tribe's honor. Since Torque was the Warchief's son it will be his responsibility. Earth forbid what those miscreants will do with the word."

"Thank you for the report. Standby until we can organize a militia with the other two secret tribes." Your Warchief's said.

"Hold on Warchief Axel. I think I may require a new advisor. The tournament is about to begin and you and I know that all Warchiefs and the title for king are up for grabs. All we can do is send Torque and his fairy friend out on an important quest and pick a new advisor that serve me or the next orc king."

"I agree with you my liege. I have already been doing some studying on who would replace the Councilor Bane. My orcs have noticed an exceptional shamaness who is more than qualified for the job." The Assassin Breaker Tribe Warchief said.

"Excellent work Warchief Shadomire. Fetch the shamaness during the tournament. That way we can bring her up to speed. Also bring me Torque so I may send him out to retrieve his father's soul."

"I will not let you down my liege."

Warchief Shadomire and the Assassin Breaker Tribe disappear in the blink of an eye. You patiently stand at attention until addressed.

"You there from the Adventure Breaker Tribe. You showed wisdom and courage by coming here with this news. If I to pass my torch to another you would be my first pick. Please help the other tribe's rebuild and repair the settlements. After that prepare for the tournament. There you'll be tested on wheaten you are ready for greater responsibility."

You bow before the Legendary Orc King and salute with your sword. You then sheath your sword and head out to help your fellow orcs rebuild.
