Chapter #6Eric attacks Audrey by: Jezimoon   "What? This stupid piece of shit…" Audrey cursed as she tapped the ring with her finger a few times.
Eric took the opportunity and grabbed Audrey by the wrist. "You're going to swap me too? Is that it? Too bad your stupid ring doesn't work anymore. Give it up." He said as he applied pressure to Audrey's wrist.
He didn't want to hurt his best friend's little sister, but she wasn't exactly little anymore. She looked like she was now 18 years old, and had matured in all the right places. Swapping ages with James must have made her into what she will look like at his age.
"Get off me you creep! Jamie gave this ring to me! Why won't you change?!" Audrey screamed.
As Eric struggled to get the ring off Audrey's finger, he realized there wasn't anyone else around. James's parents weren't home, or maybe Audrey had done something to them too? He couldn't know for sure now, he just had to focus on stopping Audrey. She yelled in pain as he grabbed her finger, while trying to hold her arm straight, and found that the ring wouldn't come off. It was fit perfectly around her ring finger, right under her knuckle, and it was on tight.
As he continued pulling on, Audrey struggled, and started punching him in the face, but even as an 18 year old, she still seemed to hit with the strength of a 13 year old, and it didn't do much to Eric. He was a fairly strong guy, and when he attempted to dodge one of her punches, accidentally pushed her back and she smacked her head on the ground, on hard tile.
"Oh fuck… Audrey are you ok?" Eric asked, but she was out cold. He still felt a pulse, so she was probably ok, but he hoped there wasn’t a concussion.
Now that she was unconscious however, he grabbed her finger and tried to pry the ring off again, but with no luck. That was when he noticed the small indentation on one of the edges. When he pressed it with his fingernail, the ring suddenly grew in size, easily large enough to remove from her finger.
He held the ring in his hands and inspected it closely. It was made of a dark metal that was engraved with some strange shapes and symbols, but was otherwise a perfectly smooth and polished object. He had no idea how it could change size the way it did, but if it could make his best friend into a tween girl then he supposed it could do anything.  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
