Breasts

Lisa's momentum had only been good enough to get her boobs about halfway through the narrow gap. It was so tight that it was hard to breathe. She pushed back, trying to wriggle back out of the hole but didn't move. She pushed back harder but still didn't budge. After a couple of minutes of struggling, and no progress, Lisa had to take a break.
"Great! Now what do I do?"
