Becca was strangely mute as she wandered into work one night. Instead of her usual talkative self, she seemed to be deep in thought. Every co-worker she passed could see this, but they said nothing to her. Most just thought she must have just been having a bad day. In fact the opposite was true. Becca had received a mysterious package in the post that morning that contained a remote capable of swapping people's body parts. As skeptical as she had been to believe it, she nonetheless tried it on her 20-year old sister Victoria... and actually ended up exchanging breasts with her.
After getting her own boobs back a half hour after she tried it, Becca was awe struck. All she had to do was point it at one or more people and think about what she wanted to swap before pushing the single button that was on the device. Reality shifted so that nobody else noticed anything wrong.
Now here she was at work at Wilko, a place she normally hated having to come to. But today was different. She had a whole shop full of co-workers to experiment with, and maybe one or two that she could confide in if the fancy took her. After all... keeping a secret was hard, especially for Becca.
"Hey Becca." Liam said to her when they crossed on the stairs leading upstairs.
"Oh... hi." Becca muttered. "She then frowned at him. "It's bad luck to cross on the stairs."
"I didn't know you were into that superstitious crap." Liam laughed.
Becca's eyes just narrowed as she stared at him. She had to bite her tongue. Becca had always been interested in the Occult, Astrology, Superstition, not to mention Witchcraft to an extent. Her bright red hair and gothic style clothes (when not at work) was proof of this. And she hated it when someone else... especially Liam... made fun of her interests. He'd just gone up another notch on her 'shit list'. As Liam continued grinning like the cat who'd had all the cream, Becca just rolled her eyes and sighed, muttering to herself as she continued on her way upstairs to the locker room.
She took the trait swapping device out of her bag before locking it up, and immediately checked into the tea room, only to find nobody there. Must all be downstairs working already. Becca thought, realizing she was a little late. Hopefully Liz wouldn't flip out too much.
Becca was unconcerned as she went back downstairs and started work.
