Okay then, lets get started. Its a device (maybe faulty) that only swaps people's bodies from the waist down, including clothing. It can either happen instantaneously or via a morphing process. Or if you like, clothing doesn't have to swapped automatically, it can be swapped by the affected people afterwards if you like (but only if they're both aware of the swap of course).

But who acquires this amazing device?
