Lana smirks and answers, "Because of this." She lifts up her foot, coiling her leg up as far as it can go, and slams it back to the ground. Her shoe's sole stops just above your head as her heel impacts, making you stumble backwards from the source. You back away, honestly surprised that she's being so aggressive and somewhat in shock. When you clear the impact area she swings her foot down, causing you to unsteadily collide with the toe of her shoe.
"Did I convince you yet?" she asks as she lifts up her foot again. She slides her heel up until it's just in front of you, allowing the rest of her shoe to hang over you menacingly. This time you know she means business, so you turn around and run as fast as you can. As soon as you've cleared her shadow her foot slams down again, causing you to slip to a knee.
You decide to change course and try to get past her other foot. As you cross the floor you can feel Lana's eyes tracking you, just waiting for the moment to pounce and do whatever it is she plans. Just when it looks like you'll pass her shoe she shoots it forward, blocking your path yet again.
In a panic you spin around and run for the other side. You look up and see that Lana's positively beaming as this goes on, as if she's having the time of her life. Quickly you divert course, hoping to run underneath a table just a bit in front of where her foot is. It seems like you might make it, but Lana has other plans. She lifts up her foot and stomps it down in front of you, knocking you off your feet so that you fall against her shoe.
Lana draws her other foot back and kneels, her massive body filling up your view. "That was fun," she says, and pushes up her red framed glasses, "but it didn't last very long." You remain silent, waiting for her to decide what that means for you.
