Here is my sample character; you can use him or make up your own 1-5-year-old giant.

Chris: A lovable 3-year-old boy who one day finds himself growing to mind-blowing heights and developing incredible powers! As he grows, he may also develope other fantastical features, such as becoming a furry or developing muscles that look out of place on a child. Chris is only partially potty trained, so he wears a blue pull-up. He also wears a blue shirt with super hero logos on it. His clothes grow with him, but his shirt may get streched or torn if her grows big muscles. Chris is mostly gentle, but he may get up to mischief with his new size.
