You didn't know why Mel would get so grumpy so quickly, but if it meant that she would finally open up, you could live with whatever mood swings she had. Before you could respond though, a pale flame appeared in Mel's right hand. You was genuinely impressed how she could do it, and wanted to find out how. Both Megan and Harry were also impressed by Mel's 'magic trick'.
"Nice trick sis" you said as you stared at her hand.
"Its isn't a trick, John. God, you can be so annoying at times, little bro" Mel said.
"Little?! You're only older than me by 7 minutes" you said.
"Just back off, John" Mel said, suddenly changing her tone of voice.
"What did I do?" you demanded.
"Everything! You always are like what did you do. Where were you. Its totally annoying" Mel said. She smiled and said, "If you want if so bad, you can have it." Quickly the flame in her hand went out and you felt something happen. You didn't know, but it was Mel casting a spell, and you was the target.
