You pause, and wish your Dad was here. Well, not here, because he wouldn't let you stay, but here, because he'd be able to tell you the odds with each choice of which cards to discard.
You end up drawing the King of Diamonds, the Seven of Clubs and the Five of Spades, and wish you had hung on to those threes.
You especially regret it when your Ace-King-Queen high nothing is the low hand.
With a sigh, you take off your baseball cap. Tifa leans over and tousles your hair. "I like you better this way," she says with a smile.
