Okay, you're Dad would be chewing you out AND dragging you away if he saw you were playing poker, strip poker, with four grown women, regardless of who they were, and where they had come from.
But if he could get past all that, he would ask you what the heck you were doing drawing to an inside straight.
You'd probably tell him that you were feeling wild because of the wild setting, and then you'd be back to where he'd be dragging you away from the game.
So you throw away the four and get the Ace of Spades in return.
All things considered, a pair of Aces should keep you from getting the low hand.
And you're right in that assessment. Juliet ends up having the low hand, with a pair of nines.
"Bare tootsies actually sounds like fun," she remarks, as she bends over to take off her shoes. When her leg warmers keep on getting in the way, she says, "Or maybe I better get the leg warmers out of the way first." When Juliet is bending over, you get to look down her top, and appreciate the first look you get at real live cleavage. She catches you when she sits up and grins. "Look all you want to, kid," she says, removing her bracelets. "Nick ain't ever going to get tp look again," she says with a scowl. "He called them fat! I think he was surprised when I took my top off for him, because my top kind of suppresses them, so they don't get in the way when I'm cheerleading and chainsawing and stuff. But nobody uses that word with me."
That kind of surprises you, because you thought Juliet and Nick were inseparable. You guess a lot of stuff happens off screen. Like different video characters being able to get together and socialize, for instance. But that explains why Juliet is here. Her story must have changed after the last game with her. You remember Annie has her own Nick, and they had that passionate kiss. Maybe something happened between them, like it did between Juliet and Nick, and that's she's here too.
You now have got a lot of questions, but decide this should all wait until everyone gets talking and feels more comfortable around each other. You don't want to ask anything that's going to piss anyone off and make them storm off. Instead, you concentrate on the next five cards that get dealt out to you.
